Among which, over 100 labor workers, 15 salesman, 5 financial persons, 5 quality person, 5 technical persons, 5 purchasing person, 5 HR & Administrators，10 planning persons. We always put customer in first place. To ensure customers' benefits, each departments collaborate closely, we communicate often, set meetings often. Furthermore, we have KPI for management persons and other employees. Also, Egret is people oriented. For instance, we organize team building activities every year, to enhance the relationship between our employees.
